Another downside that the pandemic has brought on is that this job can be done remotely, but there is no consideration in the near future to allow permanent options for this. Some of the downsides are that unless you put forth a lot of work or are outgoing or know people in management as friends outside of work you will not really be seen or be given opportunities for advancement. Just remember that you have resources available to you to learn on the call if needed. The training/onboarding process for new employees is great and you are able to learn a lot. You will return customer calls and assist in troubleshooting software that you have only spent maybe 2 months learning. You start at the bottom and will be working in a call center. First and foremost that everyone should understand is that when hired here, unless you are hired for a specific department.
